Fenway 1775

If we go back to 1775, we can see that present-day Fenway Park was mostly
in the water! Home plate would have been on shore, but if you wanted to sit
in the bleachers, you would have needed a floatation device. Much of Fenway
Park’s outfield was built on new land constructed in the late 1800s.
