Long Wharf VII

In the 1960s the Boston Redevelopment
Authority (BRA) acquired the wharf and
made it more of a public space.  The BRA
leased dock space to boat lines that now
provide transportation service to the South
Shore, Harbor Islands, and Provincetown.
People can also use the wharf as a walking
path and a scenic spot on the harbor.
